1. Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions apply to the short-term rental of the holiday apartments at Alpin Charme Apartments. By booking a holiday apartment, the guest acknowledges these Terms and Conditions as binding. 2. Booking and Conclusion of Contract A rental agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the booking by the landlord. Bookings can be made in writing, by telephone, or online. Confirmation is usually sent by email. 3. Payment Terms A deposit of 20% of the total rental price is due upon booking confirmation, unless otherwise agreed. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival. 4. Cancellation Policy Guests can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation within 30 days of arrival, guests will be charged the full rental price. No-Show Policy In the event of a no-show or early departure, guests will be charged the full rental price. 5. Arrival and Departure The holiday apartment is available to the guest from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM. A later departure is only possible by prior arrangement. 6. Guest Liability The guest is liable for all damages to the apartment caused by them, their travel companions, or visitors. Damages must be reported immediately. 7. House Rules The guest agrees to treat the apartment and its furnishings with care. Consideration for neighbors is required at all times. Parties and loud events are not permitted. 8. Pets Please contact us in advance. There is a charge of €20 per night for dogs, regardless of breed. One dog per apartment, up to 25 kg. Please note that dogs must NOT be left unattended in the apartment. Cats or other pets are not allowed. 9. Damage Policy Guests pay a damage deposit of €300. We receive the damage deposit via the following payment method: cash. We receive the amount of €300 from our guests on the day of arrival. We refund the damage deposit via the following payment method: cash. You will receive the full amount of €300 back on the day of departure, provided there is no damage to the apartment. We reserve the right to increase the cleaning fee if the apartment is excessively dirty and to deduct this additional cost from the damage deposit. 10. Tourist Tax and Check-in The tourist tax of €5.00 per person per night is payable in cash upon arrival. Check-in for the Tourist Association is done via the QR code that you will receive upon arrival. The tourist tax is forwarded in full to the Kitzbühel Tourist Association. 11. Candles and Open Flames For safety reasons, candles and open flames are not permitted in our apartments. 12. Internet Access Wi-Fi is available in all areas and is free of charge. 13. Baby Cot, High Chair Upon request, subject to availability. 14. Parking Free private parking is available on site (no reservation required). 15. Allergy-Friendly Apartment Apartment Jucheee, Tonis Cozy Guesthouse No pets allowed. 16. Data Protection The guest's personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of handling the booking and the stay and will not be shared with third parties. 17. Final Provisions Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The laws of the Republic of Austria shall apply.
